As a result, drivers could not predict in advance how much time they would spend on the road.
The application did not take traffic into account
In principle, Waze should give you the duration of the journey and therefore obviously the departure time and the arrival time. But recently, some users were somewhat disrupted because when the application suggested a departure time to drivers, it did not take traffic into account. However, if the latter is disrupted, the journey time will be much longer than without traffic jams, which necessarily leads to delays or inconveniences.
This is why Waze has been updated. So, these kinds of problems should no longer persist even if with technology we can never be sure of anything, as shown by the different updates to be carried out to have an application with all its functionalities.
